The Rubinov Lab analyzes and models brain networks across species and scales. We are broadly interested in:

  • Integrative models of large-scale neural data
  • Transcriptomic basis of neural individuality
  • Characterization of complex neural systems
  • Neuropsychiatric connectivity phenotypes

We are based at the Department of Biomedical Engineering, Vanderbilt University, and collaborate with leading investigators across Vanderbilt, UCSF, Janelia, Weizmann, ION, and other places.
